Who Is A Strongman?

A strong man is:

1. An agent of the devil who, like the devil, kills, steals, and destroys. (John 10:10).

2. The leader of a malevolent army tasked with attacking an individual or location.

3. An arrogant foe such as Goliath, who bragged against Israel for forty days. (I Samuel 17).

4. He is the fetish in-law who has bound your womb and prevented you from having children. The force behind that obstinate circumstance. Pharaoh, who followed the Israelites until he drowned in the Red Sea, is an example of a relentless pursuer. He is that evil mother or mother-in-law who says, “You will prosper over her dead body.”

5. A force like Herod, who pursued Baby Jesus, and wanted to kill all babies two years and below.

6. Because you refused to submit to the evil Haman, he is plotting your demise. He is the occult boss who is preventing you from getting promoted because you refused to join his group.

1. He comes to kill by:

b. He destroys the chances that God has given you. He obstructs your access to them by standing at the door.

c. He uses deadly arrows to assault you

2. He comes to forcefully rob your properties and locks them up, and keeps them under protection in his storehouse:

a. He steals marriages, children, jobs, careers, ministries, belongings, and money.

c. He steals by transferring your blessings and destiny to other people.

d. He frustrates you by convincing you that God will never answer your prayers, especially when you have prayed for several years.

e. He snatches many things, including your star, your glory and convinces you that you have a bleak future.

3. He destroys:

a. By means of pollution. For instance, in the dream, the spirit husband—a strongman—molests you sexually, contaminating and defiling your life.

b. By means of violent dream assaults.

c. Destroys families, health, ministries, children, and potential, among other things.

Symptoms Of The Attack Of The Strongman

1. You make big efforts but no commensurate progress.

2. Satanic reinforcement. Resistance to your prayers. You pray harder, and he attacks even harder.

Way Forward

1. Turn away from rebellion and repent of all known sins.

2. Give Jesus, “The Stronger One,” your life. Jesus is stronger than the strongman and He came to destroy the work of the devil. (1 John 3:8).

3. Submit to authority, especially your church leadership. James 4:6-7 says, “But He gives more grace. Therefore, He says: “God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.” Therefore, submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

 3. Put on all of God’s armour. This encompasses the gospel of peace, salvation, righteousness, the word of God, truth, and faith. (Eph. 6:13–18).

4. Examine your life to see how you opened a door for Satan to enter. This could be resentment, unforgiveness, or talking too much.
